1.75 Miles: 2 Hour Duration - This trail winds its way through the lowland desert and along the shoreline. Pedestrian traffic only. No bicycles. Pets on leashes allowed.

2 Miles: 1 Hour Duration - This trail provides a paved concrete sidewalk along Bridgewater Channel through Rotary Park with views of the lake, mountains and London Bridge. It is a fast, easy route past a swimming beach and lighthouse to take in the beauty of the area.

Pittsburg Mines Trail - Easy

4 Miles: 3 Hour Duration - A journey along the Pittsburg Mines Trail reveals an abandoned mining area spread out along the foothills of the mountains. The mines have since been filled in or fenced. The hill at the end offers spectacular views of the Lake Havasu City area.

6.2 Miles: 3 Hour Duration - This route takes you around the scenic Aubrey Hills to a fenced-in wildlife watering area maintained by Arizona Game & Fish. The final destination is located just below Horse Hoof Point (also known as Shiprock Mountain). Look for Bighorn sheep!

4.5 Miles: 3 Hour Duration - A natural arch, two scenic washes, open terrain hiking and a walk through the Crack in the Mountain (if desired) provide for a variety of desert scenery that is sure to increase your appreciation for the natural beauty of the area.

Crack in the Mountain Trail (SARAs Crack) - Moderate

5 Miles: 3 Hour Duration - This scenic trail passes through one of the most famous slot canyons on the Lower Colorado. It ends at a scenic cove on the lake beside Balance Rock, a huge rock mass precariously balanced atop a narrow column of stone. Bighorn sheep are often present.

7 Miles: 4.5 Hour Duration - The Pilot Rock Trail offers a nice desert mountain walk in open terrain through a variety of scenery ending at the Pilot Rock campsites on Lake Havasu. Hike is 3.5 miles one way, 7 miles round-trip.

6 Miles: 5 Hour Duration - The Crossman Peak Trail offers the highest point of elevation in the Lake Havasu area, 5103 ft. above sea level. Take in views over the Colorado River valley, the Hualapai Mountains to the east and Aquarius Mountains to the north.

4.6 Miles: 5-6 Hour Duration - This signature hike offers spectacular views from atop an iconic mountain that provides Lake Havasu’s most famous natural photographic backdrop. The trail is for experienced hikers only! Groups of 10 or more require a permit from the Bureau of Land Management.

Lizard Peak Trail (Picnic Table Mountain Trail) - Difficult

4 Miles: 3 Hour Duration - Enjoy a snack on a picnic table at the top of Lizard Peek trail with a 360 degree panoramic view of the Lake Havasu area from an elevation of 1,370 feet above sea level. Look for the 80-foot-long lizard geoglyph below on your way up.
